How Our 5-Step Process Works

Step 1 — Tell us your goals: Share who is travelling, what campuses, sectors, or trade shows you want to see, and your preferred dates.
Step 2 — Receive a proposed itinerary and custom quote: We send a written scope, draft schedule, clear list of inclusions and exclusions, and a fixed custom quote based on your itinerary.
Step 3 — Register and confirm: Each participant completes registration and confirms the program agreement.
Step 4 — Pre-arrival preparation: We schedule and confirm visits and meetings and send your complete pre-arrival program pack.
Step 5 — Hosted coordination in Canada: Our team coordinates on the ground and provides a post-program summary with follow-up contacts.

We are not a travel agency, admissions agent, or immigration consultant, and we do not provide visa or immigration advice. Visa decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and travellers book flights and hotels directly or through a licensed travel agency. For registered participants of a confirmed program, we issue a letter confirming program participation upon request.
