Once paid in full, the final documents are yours. Please note: projections are estimates, not guarantees. Lenders, investors and funding programs make their own decisions.
02.Company Registration & Compliance
We organize the administrative steps to start and run a business in Canada. What's included: • Overview of business structures (general information) • NUANS name-search reports and trade-name registration • Registration of sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporations (provincial or federal), and extra-provincial registration, filed through official registries or authorized registry agents on your instructions • CRA Business Number and GST/HST, payroll and import/export program accounts, plus provincial sales tax registration where it applies (for example, Saskatchewan PST) • Workers' compensation registration, and municipal business licences and permits identified with BizPaL • Annual returns and registry updates (address, directors or business name) on your instructions, with a personalized compliance calendar Government and registry fees are charged at cost. We provide general information, not legal or tax advice. When you need a lawyer or a CPA, we tell you and, with your consent, coordinate with independent licensed professionals.
03.Business Development & Growth
Practical support to grow revenue and enter new markets. What's included: • Growth strategy and go-to-market plans • Market-entry research for new provinces, and for international companies setting up a business presence in Canada • Sales process design, lead-generation strategy and CRM setup • Partner, distributor and supplier research • Export and import development: export-readiness reviews, target-market research, supplier and manufacturer sourcing, and trade-show preparation • Government procurement readiness: supplier registration and bid preparation support • Pricing, competitive positioning and customer-experience improvement • Franchise and multi-location expansion planning, including operations manuals We provide business services only. We don't provide immigration, work-permit or visa services, we don't act as a recruitment or staffing agency, and customs clearance is handled by licensed customs brokers.

We are not a lender, loan broker or securities dealer: we don't arrange loans, find or solicit investors, or give investment advice. Lenders, investors and program administrators make their own decisions.

Build a professional presence and the digital tools that bring in customers. What's included: • Brand basics: business name ideas, logo brief and brand guidelines • Website planning and development, including online store, booking and payment setup • Web and mobile app development and e-commerce • Search engine optimization (SEO) and Google Business Profile setup • Social media and content marketing plans • Email marketing set up in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) • CRM, marketing automation and business software setup (for example, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) • Marketing plans, analytics dashboards and campaign reporting Trademark searches and applications are handled by registered trademark agents or lawyers; we can coordinate with one for you.
06.Operations, Admin & Training
Reliable back-office support and practical training, so you can focus on customers. What's included: • Bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and accounting-software setup • Payroll processing and payroll remittance support • GST/HST return preparation and a year-end package for your accountant • Standard operating procedures and process improvement • HR basics: job descriptions, onboarding checklists and workplace policy templates (general information, not legal advice) • Project management, virtual administrative and customer-service support • Self-paced online business courses, workshops and one-on-one mentoring for entrepreneurs We don't provide audit, review or compilation engagements, which require a licensed public accounting firm, and we don't recruit or place workers for employers.
