We prepare and submit registrations on your instructions and keep you on track with a filing calendar. For tax planning or advice specific to your situation, we coordinate with an independent CPA.

We help you identify and apply for the licences and permits your business needs, and keep you on schedule afterwards.
Municipal Licences & Permits
We identify the municipal business licences and industry permits that apply to you, using BizPaL and local authorities, and help you prepare and submit the applications.
Staying Compliant
Annual return reminders and filings through official registries or authorized registry agents, registry updates (address, directors or business name), GST/HST and payroll filing reminders, and a personalized compliance calendar.
Contracts & Legal Documents
Shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, leases and other contracts are prepared or reviewed by independent licensed lawyers. With your consent, we coordinate the process, and you receive the lawyer's fee estimate before any work begins.
