We research, draft and prepare your plan, filings or materials, and keep you updated along the way.
04. Review & Revisions
You review every draft. The number of revision rounds included is stated in your proposal.
05. Delivery & Next Steps
Final files in editable formats, filing confirmations and a clear list of next steps.
06. Our Fee Policy
Fixed fees for every deliverable. Government and registry fees at cost, with receipts. GST/HST added where applicable. No success fees and never a percentage of funds raised.

Operations, Courses & Mentoring
Bookkeeping setup, processes, HR basics, admin support, online business courses and mentoring.
DO NOT
Legal & Accounting
No legal advice or legal documents, and no audit, review or compilation engagements. Independent lawyers and CPAs handle these, with your consent.
Immigration
No immigration, visa, work-permit or citizenship advice or services.
Lending, Investment & Staffing
We don't lend, broker loans or mortgages, find investors, give investment advice, or recruit or place workers.
Other Licensed Services
No insurance, real estate or customs brokerage, no trademark or patent filings, and no guarantee of funding or approvals.
