What services do you offer?
Business plans and feasibility studies; company registration and compliance support; business development and growth; funding and investor readiness; marketing and digital presence; and operations, admin support, courses and mentoring.
How much do your services cost?
Every project is quoted individually. After a free consultation, you receive a written proposal with the scope, timeline and a fixed fee. Government and registry fees are charged at cost, GST/HST is added where applicable, and we never charge success fees.
How long does it take?
Most business plans take two to four weeks. Registration timing depends on the registry and the type of filing; we give you an estimate before we start, but processing times are set by the registries and government agencies.
Who owns the final deliverables?
You do. Once you've paid in full, the final plan, financial model and other deliverables prepared for you are yours, in editable formats.
How is my information protected?
We handle personal information under PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA, use it only to provide our services, and sign an NDA on request. Please don't send your SIN or banking details through the website form.
How do I get started?
Book a free 30-minute consultation, online or at one of our offices in Edmonton, Saskatoon or New York. We'll discuss your goals and send a written proposal with a fixed fee before any work begins.
Service Boundaries
We only provide services that don't require a separate professional licence. When you need a licensed professional, we'll tell you and, with your consent, refer you to an independent one.
Are you a law firm or accounting firm?
No. We don't provide legal advice or legal documents, or audit, review or compilation engagements. Independent lawyers and CPAs handle these, with your consent.
Do you offer immigration or visa services?
No. We don't provide immigration, visa, work-permit or citizenship advice or services. In Canada, only authorized representatives, such as licensed immigration consultants (RCICs) and lawyers, may provide these for a fee.
Do you arrange funding, find investors or recruit staff?
No. We prepare grant applications, loan packages and investor materials for a fixed fee, but we don't lend, broker loans, find investors, give investment advice, or recruit or place workers. Our fees are never a percentage of funds raised.
Are there guarantees?
No. Lenders, investors, funding programs and government authorities make their own decisions. We prepare clear, accurate materials, but we don't guarantee funding, approvals or results.
