Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing & Advertising Specialist to join our staffing team. As a staffing agency, we offer you the opportunity to grow and develop your skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for various client companies. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to client websites, and generating leads through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to achieve client goals.

Create and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Conduct keyword research and implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Manage and grow social media communities by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and creating engaging content.

Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to develop and refine digital marketing strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep strategies innovative and effective.
Legal Requirements & Conditions: This position adheres to the Virginia Employment Laws and Regulations as defined under the Virginia Employment Compensation Act (VA Code § 60.2-100) and the Virginia Minimum Wage Act (VA Code § 40.1-28.9 et seq.).

Minimum Wage:
The minimum wage in Virginia, as of January 2024, is $12.00 per hour. This position will offer compensation starting from this base rate, with the potential for higher pay based on experience and performance.

Employee Rights:

Overtime Pay: Employees working more than 40 hours per week are entitled to overtime pay at a rate of 1.5 times the regular hourly rate, as per the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) regulations.

Meal and Rest Breaks: Employees are entitled to meal and rest breaks as stipulated by Virginia law, ensuring adequate rest and time for meals during their shifts.

Travel Requirements: Candidates must be willing and able to travel within the state of Virginia as necessary for client assignments. Travel expenses will be covered as per company policy.

Qualifications:
